Also available to foreign spouses of Employment Pass holders under MOM's version of the LTVP.
LTVP holders, especially those under the LTVP+ scheme (for foreign spouses), have a better chance of obtaining PR in the future.
Certain LTVP holders (e.g. spouses of Singapore citizens) can apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC) to work legally in Singapore.
Foreign spouses of Singapore Citizens with LTVP+ status can enjoy basic healthcare subsidies at public hospitals and polyclinics.
Guardians provide daily care, supervision, and emergency support for foreign students studying in Singapore.
Guardians attend parent-teacher meetings, assist with school applications, and help monitor the student’s progress.
Guardians help manage Student Pass applications, renewals, medical checkups, and school documents.
Guardians often assist in finding and supervising hostels or homestays to ensure the student lives in a safe environment.
Guardians help students adapt to Singapore’s culture, manage homesickness, and settle into the local lifestyle more smoothly.
To be eligible for Singapore LTVP / Guardianship Services, applicants must fall under one of the categories established by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
